Every day, SFA is contacted from people desperate to help a cat, dog, litter of kittens, or injured animal. As the demand for affordable spay/neuter services and veterinary care continues to grow, so does the need for support. That's why we've launched A Mile of Fives to Save Lives—a simple idea with the power to save thousands of lives.

If $5 bills were lined up end to end for one mile, they would total approximately $50,000. Our goal is to raise that mile of fives to fund our life-saving spay/neuter and Pickle Fund veterinary care programs.

We are asking for multiples of $5 in whatever folks can afford to give. Just $50 helps subsidize the cost of a feral cat spay/neuter voucher, preventing the birth of countless kittens and reducing suffering in our community. $100 helps a dog or cat get urgent veterinary care through our Pickle Fund. By joining this mile-long journey, you'll help prevent homelessness, improve animal health, and create a brighter future for cats and dogs in need.
